REGISTRATION FOR OUR 2024/25 STARTS APRIL 28 FOR CURRENT FAMILIES AND MAY 4 FOR NEW ONES!
Students can register directly through our classes pages by choosing the program they want to register for in the registration table.
Fees, Charges & Discounts
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per class is required for each student and is due at time of registration.
The balance of payments are due August 1st or you can schedule payments that will be charged on the 1st of each month (August 1st to March 1st). Payments will be accepted by credit card, e-transfer, cheque or cash. Registrants will be sent payment information in July.
Tuition fees will not be split between multiple payers as it creates too many administrative challenges. Thank you for working out family finances outside of dance tuition fees.
Payments for any classes in the Preschool Program are due by the first class.
GST will be added to the listed tuition fees.
A charge of $30 will be applied to NSF cheques and declined credit cards.
Those using any subsidy or homeschool funding must notify us by July 15. We will send information regarding procedures to use these resources.
Those that pay their tuition in full (one payment excluding deposit) using cash, cheque or e-transfer only, by August 1 are entitled to a 3% discount. Please note that the 3% discount doesn’t apply to those paying by credit card due to high merchant fees or those using Jumpstart subsidy, homeschool funding or other subsidy programs.
A 10% discount on course fees is available to students taking 2 or more classes. Please note that the multi-class discount doesn’t apply to those paying by credit card due to high merchant fees or those using Jumpstart subsidy, homeschool funding or other subsidy or seasonal preschool and adult programs.
In addition to the above discounts, individual students taking 9 or more programs will be charged for the first 8 programs only (9th, 10th, etc. least expensive classes will be complimentary). This and all discounts exclude Performance Works, Ensemble, Summer Intensives and workshops.
Discounts do not apply to our Preschool Programs or Adult Seasonal Programs.
Please note GST and discounts will be applied to all tuition fees at time of billing.
Costume fees
Classes participating in the year-end recital will be billed a costume fee. Please note that the costume fees include the cost of the costume, alterations, duties, taxes, shipping and tights (if required). To find out the costume fee for your class, please refer to the letter code listed after each class name on registration:

Costume fees are due on November 1st. Those paying by credit card will be billed automatically. Those paying by cheque or e transfer should submit their payment by October 25th (dated for November 1st).
refund policy
There are no tuition fee refunds for our full year programs after October 15, 2024 (except for medical reasons). Monthly payments after this date will continue for all withdrawals until the last payment on March 1, 2025
Refund prior to October 15 will receive a pro-rated refund (based on monthly payments starting August 1), minus the class deposits. Class deposits are non-refundable.
The monthly payment plan is a financing service offered free of charge and therefore subject to the same rules as full tuition payment and cheques issued will still be deposited in the case of withdrawal.
Deposits are not transferable to other classes and/or family members.
Classes cancelled due to snow or illness will be rescheduled only if time permits.
Class Times and Holidays
Our 24/25 dance season starts on Tuesday September 3 and ends on Saturday May 10.
Class times and days are subject to change. Please check our website for current information.
Classes do not run on stat holiday week-ends, except for Monday February 17 (Family Day) and Monday April 21 (Easter Monday).
Classes run as usual on all school professional days.
Christmas Break: December 19th-January 8rd.
Spring Break: March 22-30 (classes will run as usual the first week of SD71 Spring Break).
Students are expected to miss no more than four classes throughout the year.

Pantuso Dance respects your rights to privacy. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, email address, and financial information, recorded in any form. Our policy is that personal information provided by you will be safeguarded to the best of our ability and not shared with others except as required by law.
Our obligations apply to anyone who has contact with or is associated with Pantuso Dance, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, students and their parents, their teachers, adjudicators, volunteers and staff of Pantuso Dance.
Personal information is stored in our databases and in hard copy files. Only authorized Pantuso Dance personnel have access to the information in order to do their respective jobs. We take appropriate measures to secure this information.
Collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information must comply with the provisions of the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”). Pantuso Dance does not disclose your information to other public bodies or individuals except as authorized by law. We keep your personal information only as long as it is required for the reasons it was collected.
Any photos in Pantuso Dance promotional materials are used with consent via a ‘photo release form’, signed by the parent. Please note Pantuso Dance has no control over public sharing of images by non-staff members that is done on their own behalf. (example, Facebook, YouTube or other).
